I purchased Roxio because it advertises that it burns to DVD DL.  I have a new DVD DL burner in my Vaio computer and can't get Roxio to burn to a dvd dl, either by burning directly on to the DVD or by saving it to a file on my comptuer then trying to burn..  Help.[/size]

It can burn to DL wtih no problem. I'm not sure exactly what method you've taken and what specific program you've used to try this.  First, please list more of your computer specs, specifically, the new burner.  Then, list what steps you took to try.
I don't burn to DL ofter but have done so successfully and use the ISO method of burning my video, then use Disc Copier to burn the ISO to disc.
