I have had problems burning a disc with a project for the past couple of weeks.
The audio cuts in and out on the disc at the beggining of the project.
I have tried using every audio setting possible - AAC, MP3, LCPM - and every kb/s setting with each and every one of these settings and I still get the same result time after time.
Just out of curiousity, tonight, I decided to burn the project using Sonic My DVD Deluxe v5, and it burned the disc without any audio problems whatsoever.
This is an Avi file from a videowave (emc8) production.
Any thoughts on why emc8 would not be able to encode the audio properly?
The audio sounded fantastic compared to Roxio's too.
Just curious if anybody had any thoughts on this.

VideoWave/MyDVD Projects using DVR-MS files out of sync
The information in this article applies to:
Easy Media Creator 8
Applicable Operating Systems:
Windows 2000 Professional
Windows XP Home / Pro / Media Center
Windows XP Professional x64 Edition
Issue:
When using DVR-MS files in a VideoWave or MyDVD, it is possible that the finished project is out of sync. That means the audio may be slightly ahead or behind the video that is shown.
Solution:
Please close any running instances of VideoWave or MyDVD and then download and install the following hotfix:
http://tools.roxio.c...vrms_hotfix.exe
Once the installation is complete you should be able to open your saved project and produce (VideoWave) or burn to disc (MyDVD) without experiencing this problem.
