Have fired off your issue to the activation team. will be back to you with a response as soon as possible.

Did you try to unplug your machine from the net and then launch the application. should provide you with an alternate means for activating.

***Followup*** please try again. think there may have been a server outage

do you encounter the same error if you reinstall IE7? Also, do you have any computer with English Windows OS to test with?

Are you kidding me? Roxio has a solution to the problem and you have to PM someone???? Why isn't this being posted to the net?

I am a dealer of these products, not only do I have this issue with my upgrade, but one of my clients with the full version does as well. What gives?

If anyone can tell me the solution, today, I will give you a $25.00 gift certificate to our online store --- www.planetdvonline.com

The first person to reach me with a successful fix wins.

Activation of DVDit Pro HD is unfortunately not very well made. I think the only solution for you today is that your client installs a new fresh windows and then activate it. Otherwise you have to wait after new year and roxio will send you a file related to the computer's id and activate it.
