When I try to back up my system, with creator 9, I get and error saying I need to re-load a driver.  DRVWDDM.DLL.

I have the same problem! I'm unable to use the backup! Could not find any help on  the support page about this issue!
The worse thing is  the file is on my pc! Was installed correctly three times!!! :)

Give this a try:
Copy the contents of SYSTEM sub-folder of BackUp MyPC (e.g. C:\Program Files\Sonic\Backup MyPC\System) up one level to the root of the Backup MyPC folder (e.g. C:\Program Files\Sonic\Backup MyPC). Restart the PC and launch the product in the normal fashion.

Open "My Computer."

Click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the window and choose "Folder Options".

Click on the "View" tab and check "Show hidden files and folders" and uncheck "Hide file extensions for known file types".

Click the "OK" button to close the "Folder Options" window.

Go to the Backup MyPC System folder (e.g. c:\Program Files\Sonic\Backup MyPC\System\).

Click the "Edit" menu at the top of the window and choose "Select All".

Click the "Edit" menu at the top of the window and choose "Copy".

Open the BackupMyPC directory (e.g. c:\Program Files\Sonic\Backup MyPC\) folder.

Click the "Edit" menu and select "Paste" to copy all the .dll files to the Backup MyPC directory.

Close all windows and restart the PC.

Just a minor correction. With EMC 9 Backup MyPC folder is at

C:\Program Files\Roxio\Backup MyPC

not \Sonic (at least it is on my system. installed in defaylt location).
