Win2k3 and EMC9

I have problem. I can't install EMC9 with Drag To Disc on Windows 2003. I have no idea, how does it. Please for help.

I think you could be totally out of luck here - Windows 2003 is a server OS and there are a lot of programs that simply won't run in that platform
The requirements for EMC 9 (from the website) are
Minimum System Requirements:
• Microsoft® Windows Vista Home/Business/Ultimate, Windows XP Home/Pro/MCE (Service Pack 2), Windows XP Pro x64 Edition, Windows 2000 (Service Pack 4 or later)
No mention of any MS server OS at all
The requirements for EMC 9 (from the website) are

I know, but when I install previous version EMC (example EMC8 & EMC7.5), I haven't any problem
