I'm making a video of my wedding in 16:9 aspect. Although I still have a 4:3 TV I'm preparring for the future. I made my movie on windows movie maker and imported it to MyDVD. I set the menu to 16:9 and the movie itself has the black bars on top and bottom. This is what I want but when I burn it the movie is compressed into a 4:3 size. How can I change this so it will burn to Disc without being compressed from the sides? I don't want the movie elongated from top to bottom. I want the black bars. The previewed movie looks fine but when burned, it's distorted.

side note:
I don't know if it matters but I originally did the movie using MyDVD Premier 8. It didn't have some of the options I wanted. I downloaded a trial of EMC 9 and transfered my movie over to EMC 9 and eventualy changed menu styles.
