Help!. I am unable to create a slide show (with or without music) using EMC 9 :) . When I first installed it I had the same porblem. When I create a slide show and try to preview it, I get a message that says unspecified error. When I click on details it is blank.

I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and I have gone to the extreme of completely reformatting the PC twice in an attempt to get it to work. I thought that would eliminate any conflicts or missing dll's.

The pc is a 2gb Pentium 4 with 512mb RAM. Window XP SP2 Home Edition. XP is completely up to date.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You left out what video card you have. What kind of files are you putting into your production?
