I am attempting to find a way to reduce the size of MPEG-1 video playback screen size when creating DVD projects, so as to minimize the distortion associated with full screen playback of MPEG-1 video content.
I have tried to incorporate an overlay, but the MPEG-1 video still plays in full screen under the overlay.
Any ideas or experience in accomplishing this task would be appreicated.
Thanks in advance.

Insert a color panel in the main track. Then add the video as an overlay. You can resize an overlay.
