Contact e-bay, and turn the guy in. It sounds like he is a pirate.

That's the thing- if it's pirated, it's a darn good copy! The CD key is on a sticker placed behind the "colored label" disc, just above where the disc fits in. The disc labels are of the highest quality, all print is crystal-clear, and even feels a little "raised". The back of the discs are silver-colored just like real CDs. The DVD sleeve is heavy, glossy stock paper, not cheap and thin like on most copied sleeves. Highest quality color as well.
The only thing is as mentioned before, the white "content" CD says Installation CD, or something to that effect (not at home right now). If this wasn't mentioned above, I'd never have questioned it. Any additional info would be helpful- thanks!!
P.S. It also did NOT come in a box. It was shipped to me with the two discs in the double- DVD case with included Product Key sticker inside- that's all.....

A quick check on the case label - moisten a finger and run it over the surface (unless it's laser printed the ink will smear)
But anyway - let Roxio know - scan the label and discs for them to see and also the CD key (don't post it here)
