When I try to copy a DVD, the color pinwheel spins forever--not responding. I don't have file encryption, I have the latest version of Toast (7.1.2), and I burned a DVD from Eyetv that I wish to copy to send to friends and relatives.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
Thank you, Jim

What settings are you using in Toast?
With the disc inserted and selected in the Toast Copy window, choose Save as Disc Image. That should create an disc image file on your hard drive that you then can burn to DVD using the Image File setting in the Copy window.

I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
