Hello,

I have an ADS Technologies USB capture device.  Roxio shows is as a Stream Machine USB Video Source.  Within 3 seconds of beginning capture I get a message box that says:

IOCTL time out.

The capture does begin, within that 3 seconds, but then...

Roxio 9 then locks up.

Help Please...If this is a futile conquest, I'll just request a refund and be on my way.

Also,  Does Roxio(Sonic) turn off their web support after hours?  I get different screens afterhours vs. screens during business hours.  Even some GIF's are not painting properly.

I think the ADS device requires specialized software (included) to make capture work… Try capturing with Window Movie Maker to see it that will work.

Once captured you will be able to take advantage of the rest of the Suite.
