kcams.dll

My Norton WinDoctor program is reporting that:
C:\ Program Files \ Roxio \ Media Experience \ CmDVDreg.exe cannot find a necessary file, "kcams.dll."
I have previously registered Roxio Creater 9. I found the CmDVDreg.exe file and double-clicked on it. It reports that it cannot find the file kcams.dll.
I have recently installed Roxio Creator 9, so I have not yet visited all of its programs and features, but in general the program seems to work well. I have gone into the My Media and Media Experience areas and they appear to work.
Do I need kcams.dll, or should I tell the Norton WinDoctor to ignore this problem?
Thanks!

Tell it to delete the invalid registry entry. That should be one of the choices, if you clicked on the Allow me to.....

Once installed in C:\Windows\System32 you can run DMX.exe (the other file is just the registration)

A big thank you for all the replies.
I could not delete or attempt to repair the problem using the Norton WinDoctor, as the manual repair solution was "No Solution"; nothing else was listed.
I downloaded the kcams.dll file and installed it at the described location. WinDoctor is happy as it does not now list the missing file. I tried double-clicking on the CmDVDreg.exe file and now nothing happens. It does not complain about the missing .dll file.
The file dmx.exe boots up the Digital Media Experience part of Roxio Creator 9, which is also accessible through the Roxio Creator 9 Home/My Media windows.
Happy New Year!
