Go to the main Roxio webpage, sign into My Roxio, and you will see the CD key, if you registered the software. If you didn't, you need to covince Roxio that you have a legal version of the software.
Good luck.

I would suggest this for advanced users. Entering the registry and changing something could break your box! From the menu at top export the registry just in case you change something!
This is for Nero. Roxio should be similar. The Roxio box is not avaliable to check now.
Try this
Open the registry by clicking on 'start' in Windows, then click 'run' and enter "regedit" in the text field, confirm with "OK".
Select the path
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ahead\Installation\Families\Nero 7\Info
Doubleclick the entry: 'serial7'.
Here you will find your serial number.
The serial number is
xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-...
A Digital GURU could step in and amend this after checking.

That should work. Not for the timid person, but a must if the product was not registered, and the CD key isn't in the OP's "My Roxio".
