After loading EMC9 on a new desktop system, windows starts to load and then reboots and won't load.  I have to load Windows via last good know configuration.

I have Windows XP Pro w/ SP2
Core Duo 2, 2.66
4gb RAM
500gb HD
EVGA video w/ GeForce 7950 chipset.

What you probably want to do is uninstall and follow the Clean Install Procedure from here.
