I have a video I have edited in VideoWave and would like to output the file as a .3gp format. Using the predefined options works but the quality is low. Also my phone supports a resolution of 220x176 for full screen use but when used the move just becomes more pixilated.
What I would like to do, and can’t figure out how to do, is to up the bitrate and have a custom resolution. I can not edit the predefined selections and when I create a new profile I can’t find the selections to make my own .3gp template (I could just be doing it wrong so if you know the proper settings I would be most appreciative)
I have the full suite naturally so if there is some other part of it besides VideoWave I would be happy to try. What I am hoping to do is 220x176 with a bitrate greater then 120 and audio is less important. Thanks in advance.
