Hi! Starting this morning, I haven't been able to runCreator Classic(in EMC 9). It has always worked fine but now when I try to start it, I get the usual screen but a popup message says that the "Dragon engine initiallization has failed". The only option available is to click OK, which then closes the screen. Anybody have a suggestion to get Creator Classic working again? I did go into control panel and do a repair of EMC 9 but it didn't help.

Never mind--I did (guess what) a clean reinstall which fixed it. I don't know Roxio, while the reinstall almost always does the job, any other programs I've worked with have reg patches etc. to solve these things without having to remove and reinstall the entire program.

You said the program worked. You need to figure out what YOU did to break it, and don't do it again.
