Good morning all: Could anyone help by telling me how to remove Roxiowatch from my Windows XP Startup??? I have turned everything else to manual in services but I am not sure how to remove Roxiowatch in msconfig. I find that Media Manager slows down my PC quiet a bit. Please be descriptive

Thanks

I don't have EMC installed on this system (in work) so I can't check myself.

Have you checked:

C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup ??

Where <USERNAME> is what you logon to .

I find lots of junk in there that starts at boot and doesn't have their own config option to "start when windows starts".

Did you remove the checkmark next to RoxWatchTray9 in msconfig? Once you do that and click Apply and then reboot, that should do it.
