EMC9 is a suite of media applications which include MyDVD 9 among others.

I just purchased EMC 9 Suite and was wondering what version of MyDVD is included. Is the bundled MyDVD version the same as MyDVD™ 8 Premier or better/worse??
I initially wanted MyDVD but decided to purchase EMC 9 Suite instead because of the 34 other programs included. Was this a wise choice? Are these bundled programs just "lessor" versions of their stand-alone counterparts?
Thanks for any info you can provide.

This post was split from the threat that you posted to, because it had nothing at all to do with what the OP in the other thread was asking or having problems with.

The MyDVD in EMC 9 is a new version. It is better than any of the EMC 8 versions of MyDVD.

All software programs in the EMC 9 suite are the full versions of the software.
Life is good!
