is the simulation window size limited (max) to 640x480? or am I missing something?
it is quite annoying for PAL interlaced SD

press the esc key on your keyboard to go full screen.  press again to go to windowed.  you can also spread the interface over dual monitors or somehow, though I honestly don't know how, output through a parhelia card.
