Spin Doctor Download Trouble

Hi,
I purchased the Spin Doctor download and when I tried to download it the download kept stopping before it was finished. Instead of continuing the download when I retried it started over again. Then before I could get a complete download your site refused to let me download anymore after 5 attempts. Please let me know what can be done so that I can get my software.
