Backupmypc Error: Drvwddm.dll

Failed to find device driver 'DRVWDDM.DLL' Please reinstall.
I've confirmed that the file in question is installed in C:\Program Files\Sonic\Backup MyPC 6\System, and the file version is 2.56.53.0.
Can anyone help? I figured I'd ask before I went through the process of reinstalling. I'm unsure how to proceed in reinstalling now that I've loaded the 8.05 update. Please give steps (uininstall first? Install from 800 CD and then reload 805?).
Thanks!

I have run a repair on roxio, but it makes no difference.
When you use Roxio backup from the main menu that works - although thats a different program by the looks of it.
Are there any major differences between the two backup softwares?

Justin: Yes the two programs are completely different and have nothing in common with each other.

Also I said earlier that Roxio backup works. Unfortunately it crashes the PC towards the end of the backup so that is not true

Roxio's (Classic) backup is a simple Data CD (dvd) project with reminder settings. In my opinion it is not worthy of the name of 'backup'. I can do just as good or better without its' prompts.
BUMP is 'real' backup program and the standalone version carries a $99.99 Retail price.
No backup program will be the perfect answer to all users needs. I have been using many since the grand old days of MS-DOS v2 and don't like any of them.
Likewise, my recovery rate has been about 10% or less until going to a dedicated 3rd party program…

That got rid of the error.
I now have another problem - it crashes everytime I do a backup right at the end when it is "Marking files as archived"
Any ideas?

Thanks allansloan!!! Had this exact same problem today and was fearful and skeptical about reinstalling anything related to this software. Following your advice I started the app by Opening the file sbewin32.exe from windows explorer and it worked just fine (no error, no crash after backup).

James:
Please explain the differences between Roxio classic and BUMP, noting items you feel make BUMP a better choice.
Thanks.
