I am receiving an "Invalid Product Code" error after registering this product. Anyone know how to solve this?

The CD-Key is already entered.
It trys to activate. Then I get this error.

Any Help is appreciated!!!!!

So I've purchased this software, entered the CD-Key and I get this error. Unable to contact Support by phone and several support links on there website broken

I used to like the Roxio products. But with all the hassle, it's about time to look for an alternative. How invasive is this software?

Out of curiosity - where did you purchase the program?

If it was from a retailer or direct from Roxio, you'd need to contact them and explain what is happening

I see the above as two different problems! If not, please explain ("Invalid Product Code" )   ("Invalid CD-Key" )?

Try this if it applies.
