Loking in the help files, it tells me to select the button and then click "View/settings" Settings is always grayed out> I want to change the type/corlor or anything on the buttons but can't.
Any ideas?

The disclaimer at the top of the help pages applies to your software version. In other words, you don't have that ability.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
