Make a way to contact support that actually works The Sonic Support Request System doesn't work

Obviously, I can enter the Roxio site fine (or I wouldn't be able to post here), but the Support Request System isn't working: it won't accept my email/PW, aqnd only cycles back to the Roxio My Account page (in a frame) if I try to get the password info. This happens in 2 different browsers, so unlikely it's a browser issue.
I'm trying to get some info to you about Toast hanging and becoming unquittable, but there's no way to email Support. Here I am, wasting my time, trying to help you improve your product, but you decided to make it really hard to actually get any information to you. :)

I moved your topic to the Toast forums. How about just posting your problem here and we can try to help you.
