Slideshow w/ Audio caused a freeze..HELP :)?

Hi there. I just installed Roxio CD & DVD ROM for my folks. Everything works fine until I attempt to play the burned cd of the slideshow w/ audio. The cd just freezes their computer. I've tried to do this (make a slide show w/ an mp3 added) and every time the cd causes the computer to freeze up when played. Any help is much appreciated!! Thanks!
