I have a ticket number from roxio support. How do I check it's status on the Roxio website?

I have an open ticket w/ them for lat six days without any response except the automatic response.

I've found that many "tickets" are never responded to. I don't know how this support works, but basically not well. I think one time I got a response a month later, but it wasn't applicable or didn't help at all.
