I have an HP Media Center m7657c with a 310 Gig hard drive with 173 Gigs free. When I go to import video on my Roxio Premier 8 software it shows the drive that has the RW disc in it but when I click on it as the source I want to import from it goes back to the same screen asking where I want to import from.
When I click on import photo it recognizes the drive and the files on the DVD. I actually was able to import them under phtoto but ended up with files I could not open or use as video.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
