My computer crashed and now I'm re-installing software and it seems I've lost the jacket for my Roxio Toast 6 and Jam. On one of the Roxio pages it said the CD Key can be found on the disc...but there aren't enough numbers/letters. I'm not about to phone for assistance at $35 a call + my cell phone minutes + long distance. Does anyone know where I might be able to locate what I need?

The codes are on the back of the paper sleeve for the disc.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

Ah...yeah. See, that's the part that I'm missing. I have the disc; but, no sleeve.

Did you ever register Toast and Jam on Roxio's site? If so you should be able to see the key when you log in to this site.

Did you ever copy Toast and Jam to a different drive or Mac or make a backup that included them? If so you should be able to copy them back.

Otherwise you need to contact Roxio.
