When burning a disc with music disc creator, it starts burning and then brings a up a file not found error message. Then when cancelling it, it gives a memory cannot be written error and then a runtime error.

what is wrong? I know the file is there, but maybe roxio isn't able to see it.

Any help would be great thanks.

Are you adding any music that you downloaded form an online store? Is all the music standard mp3 or wav files. Can you play the individual files in the preview?

Sometimes that error can refer to your burner and the firmware for that (Sorry to those posters that complain about this suggestions :) ). Go to the manufacturer's web site and download the latest firmware for your burner. Follow the instruction exactly. It is easy but if you don't follow directions, you will make your burner into a door stop.
