I've tried to install emc9 about 20 times in a week after purchasing the product. I have never had this much trouble with any software. I keep getting the error 1317 " an error has occured while attempting to create directory C:\WINDOWS\Installer|{637099fb-45fd-4bc7-9651-6 fb40dbb749} What does this mean and why????
