After repeated attempts at logging in and trying to download the Toast 7.1.2 udate I am forever returned to the sign-in page requesting my e-mail address and password. Have tried requesting password info, although when I sing in I can always get my member info, yet attempting to download the Toast update leads me into a never ending loop of signing in. Please help.

Am using an iMac, Panther 10.3.9. Have attempted download with Safari, Firefox and I Exporer without success.

Please help.

thank you.

This is the f*cking solution:

1. Open NetBarrier

2. Switch off the data-secure function and allow Roxio to show your last visit internet site (in german: Datenschutz/Informationen verbergen/Info über zuletzt besuchte Seite...)

3. Now, it´s working!

:) Why? Why does Roxio wants to spy my private surfing secrets?

I don't think Roxio wants to know where you're surfing. I can imagine they want to know whether you com from a link on their own pages to (legally) download, or from some other link. But I cannot speak for Roxio, since I do not have any business relation with them other than being their customer.

If you had asked your question politely, you'd probably received a polite and possibly satisfying answer here in this forum by an employee of Roxio.

Sure! Now 100% politically correct...

Please, Mr. Roxio employee.

It is possible that Roxio wants to spy my private surfing data?

Yours sincerely tributary Walljet :)

Hi,
I have the same problem.
Even when i did the solution :
1. Open NetBarrier
2. Switch off the data-secure function and allow Roxio to show your last visit internet site (in german: Datenschutz/Informationen verbergen/Info über zuletzt besuchte Seite...)

3. Now, it´s NOT working!
Have you an idea ?

It's a very displeasant way of taking care of us who paid for a program and it's updates. Also to be obliged to come here and to waste our and your time as if we were on holidaus.

Nevertheless, people who answer here are very interesting and i learned many things that i didn't know before.
Friendly, Pierre AP
