I backed up Owners Documents Directory using Backup MYPC " roxio's backup mypc version 6"
The file is about 32gig, I'm running windows xp home. Ithen formated the hard drive and reinstalled the operating system and Roxio's Media center 8. when trying to restore the document folders I can not open the file MyBackup 00001.qic, the message "file contains no backup", any idea on how to work around this ?

How are you trying to open the file? Doing a restore from the file? Also make sure that you check to restore to a different location, especially if the directory structure is no longer there.
