Can anyone help me out?  I have a backup cd I bought with my download.  My system board went out and Compaq reimaged my hard drive.  I
I have tried to reinstall version 8 from my cds but at the end of the file extraction I keep getting error code 000D.   and the installer closes.
help me if you can.
