Downloaded 3GP Decoder Pack, but "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file."

All help appreciated!

We'll need more information from you:

- Operating System (including any service pack updates)
- Version of Windows Media Player

Other info:
- Can you play the file back in any other application?
- Can you send us the file that's not playing?  Send it to roxiolabstest@sonic.com and we'll see if we can reproduce it here.
