Hi,
While formatting a disk in D:\ I started moving files of digital fotos to download, after the formatting the foto files disappeared . Where did they go??? How do I restore them?

Win XP on Dell Inspiron 8600 . I will just die if I can't find these fotos!

I was formatting a CD-RW and moving files, where the files have to be written to the D:\ after you choose write to disc. I was moving them from C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\My Pictures to an area that says files waiting to be downloaded. My computer has Sonic. What do I do now?

Have you tried using the search feature to find your photos? Were they in jpeg format? You can try a search for *.jpg and see if they show up.
