New Dell Dimension 3100 with LG GSA-H21N DVD+-RW, backup firmware A105 07-05-07-02-6400. DRP set was created with no errors. Total backup fails to DVD-R, works fine to CDs. Tried using HP 16X DVD-R - failed on two tries "An error occurred while writing the final volume data (FSD). A deleted block was detected on the media". Tried Sony 1X-16X DVD-R - first DVD OK, failed on second one - same error. No recommendations for media on videohelp. Any updates available for BUMP 5.0 (Build STP 101B31C)? Thanks! Dave.

Have you tried DVD+R? Also, I would try other brands, particularly try Verbatim.
There also may be an update on the Roxio site for newer drives. I will see if I can find it.
