I get these errors while doing transfers from my memory card. Right after I fill in todays date for the folder and click trasfer two error messages pop up. Firstly this one:
1.Preparing to install
2. Then it changes to "Wait while windows configures ultra mate" Ultramate is another program I use all day
Then another error message pops which states the following:
Unhandled exception
-error #0x80040702description: failed to load DLL: installutils
Setup will now terminate
../.....
I hope someone here will help me out

It sounds like a file has been corrupted. You might have to try a windows\ add remove programs\ change\ repair.
