I tried to convert some MCE recorded files and it appeared to work fine but when I try to play the mp4 files I get the "error -50: an unknown error occurred". I've converted other files and they played fine in QuickTime. The file also refuses to be added to iTunes, but for some reason iTunes won't throw an error, the file just never appears in the library. Any ideas? I'm thinking I just wasted $30.

I also purchased the MyTV ToGo product a few days ago to put the MCE show I recorded onto my new video Ipod and am having the same issue as you described.  Did I also just waste $30?  Please help.  Is there anyway to get your money back if this doesn't work?
