I had a hard time installing this program I call and support got in on my computer by putting it in a folder and puting it on my harddrive and then we got it in, now I can not use it. everytime i start it up I get a
runtime error    runtime error R6025   program...roxioshared/90/roxio  central33\man\roxio_central33 exe pur virtual function call     buffer overrun   I am new at this and have done everything they told me to do but it still will not run I had explor 7 they said get out of that , update my directx files this has been going on for two weeks I tryed call but by the time I get home they are close? can any one help me I am ready to take it back an try something diffent.
