Hello a couple of days ago, I downloaded that program that I was recommended to use as we do not cut off any of the picture.  When playing on TV set I have noticed is to outline is with the safe zone read in the information that comes with it I'm a bit confused between the two outlines is a safe zone the inside line or the outside line.  As I know this, you can change this to 95% and down to something else uttering a 65% could someone please explain this a bit more to me as I can understand the way this was working.  Today I went and bought a DVD rewritable to do some tests.  Thanks in advance, Michelle

The outter line is picture safe zone.  Inner line is TEXT safe zone. 80 to 85% is a good seeting for most older TV sets.  Newer LCD widescreen can be as low as 5%.
