I opened a ticket on Nov. 27, 2006.  On 12/3 I got an timely response from tech support asking for additional details.  I posted my response on December 5.  The ticket is still open ... unanswered. (287437) I'm disappointed.  Has Roxio abandoned its on line support?

You're asking the wrong people - none of us are connected to or employed by either Roxio or Sonic - just ordinary users like yourself

However - try to give us a description of the problem along with your system specs and maybe someone can help
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
