I recently bought a burner/reader (bundled w/ toast) for my mac so that I could import video from my camcorder's mini DVDs (the mac won't accept the small dvds).
When I drag the video files from the mini dvd to the Toast video window it shows a thumb nail that I can use to browse stills of all 15 minutes of the video, but only shows it as being 5 seconds in duration and only exports / converts 5 seconds when I try to save it to the computer.
I'm sure the solution is right in fron of me, but I'm having a really hard time. Thanks in advance.

You must use the Toast Media Browser to select and drag the videos from the mini-DVDs into the Video window. Toast then extracts the MPEGs from the DVD, writing them to the Roxio Converted Items folder.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
