I'm not sure if you were asking but you should be able to roll back to IE6 from control panel, add/remove programs (but there are posts on the forum advising how)

I know how to fix that problem you do not actually need to roll back with Internet Explorer seven you can just uninstall it and that fixes the problem but there are Petch they say for the problem for the printer but they tell you to go somewhere that does not exist in the software I have sent an e-mail to HP finding out why but thank you for replying Michelle

However, if you feel a tabbed browser would be better - forget IE7 and install Firefox from here

just to let everyone know if you are having a problem with your HP printer contact them and zero updates programmes which work with Explorer 7 the one for my printer was 300 MB download
