This is just to let people know that there is a problem with with the HP 21 10 printer when you're running with Windows Internet Explorer seven and your software which came with your printer was the HP director will not open with Windows Internet Explorer seven installed
They have told you what to do but I can't see the way of doing it

Thanks for the info Michelle - IE7 seems to be a total disaster for a lot of things.
I'm not sure if you were asking but you should be able to roll back to IE6 from control panel, add/remove programs (but there are posts on the forum advising how)

If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Personally Michelle - I'd keep the printer and get rid of IE7
However, if you feel a tabbed browser would be better - forget IE7 and install Firefox from here

IE 7 messed up quickbooks 5. I tried to uninstall IE 7 and windows would NOT let me. I tried to re-install IE 6, and windows would not let me. So I upgraded to quickbooks 2007. Microsoft does these type of things. They make changes without regard. But, Microsoft rules the world, so what choice do we have?

When you went to Add/Remove Programs, what kind of message did you get when you tried to remove IE7?
Life is good!
