:) I downloaded the My TV togo program yesterday. It came to me as a .zip file. When I installed it everything looked fine. When I try running the program I get an error message " Cannot open .MCL file format" The file is called MyTVToGo.MCL and windows does not know that extension. I am using window XP Professional. I removed the program and re-downloaded from Roxio Site, then re-installed with the same error. Can anyone help. BTW I looked at the directory in the program files area and did not see any other .exe files that would open the program.

You cannot install MyTV ToGo over a remote desktop connection.  Please login to your MCE PC directly to install the software.  thanks!

I have the same exact problem as Mowbray.  I don't understand your answer as I installed the program directly into my desktop with no success.
