I am having problems with the video I am adding to my DVD.
I am using Roxio Easy Media Creator 8.
The video I am adding is in quick time format using a Sorenson 3 Codec for compression, maximum quality, with a keyframe every 300 frames.
The problem is when the program encodes the video to go to DVD the video becomes greyed out and snaps back to full saturation after about 5 seconds.
If anyone has a recommendation how to fix this, it would be much appreciated. Also, if anyone has a recommended format for video files, please let me know. I am working out of Adobe After Effects so I should be able to handle any type of compression you recommend.
Thank you.

Well, since any dvd you make will end up as mpeg2, you could output to that. But if you want the best quality, most recommend working with DV AVI files whenever possible, as they are a lossless type. Any format that compresses video will loose quality. And then it will loose more if it has to be encoded again to dvd standard mpeg2.
