I recently purchased a new Dell XPS PC with Cineplayer.

When playing DVDs (using either Cineplayer directly, or Windows Media Player), in addition to the usual single black band on the top & bottom of the picture (which I would expect to get when playing DVDs filmed in wide-screen), I get a black band followed by a greyish/black band above & below the picture.

Anyone know how I can get rid of this greyish/black band?
