Hello,

I recorded some TV-shows with WindowsXP MCE using my digital Tuner (Toshiba Qosmio G30-143). As I try to import the xxx.DVR-MS file into DVDit Pro HD the software does not react anymore. The german expression in taskmanager was: DVDit Pro HD (reagiert nicht) (no response).

I have read, that this file-type should be processed through DVDit Pro HD, but it doesn't in my case. The recording was made in Germany TV Station 3SAT Concerts from Anastacia and Robbie Williams. There was no lock or key on the transmission. 352x576 PAL over DVB-T.

Import into project is ok, but if you scrubb in the Titlewindow (Video fast forward or fast backward) DVDit Pro HD hangs. Also if you change In-Point or Out-Point (where the videocurser moves the same way).

It's just the same as if you put Canopus Procoder2 material into EncoreDVD2. It gets stuck, if you scroll through the video. (Same video-engine? )

Greetings

The only way to solve the problem I know is:
Use NeroVision and transcode the video to xxx.mpg (perhaps it gets new multiplexed) and you can author the mpg-file in DVDitPro HD. (NeroPremium7 is quality-software not as buggy as DVDitPro HD).

This extra-work is annoying. I thougt DVDit Pro HD could manage DVR-MS. I think the actual buyer is beta-tester and paying money for this beta-test. Sonic/Roxio fix your software!

Greetings
