Am making a new project, and when it begins to build I get a pop up saying warnings were found, do you want to continue, doesn't matter which choice I make it never shows me any more details (like what's wrong!?)
have searched the help and the manual and all I can do is reset warnings

how am I supposed to know what's wrong?

I'm having nothing but problems, this doesn't bode well for the main reason I bought this software and that's to create a disc that will contain 5+ HD videos and 100+ SD videos (all music)

Am going to have to give up soon and wait until Adobe release something equivilent to Encore DVD!

EDIT:
the full pop up says (no, I've not mis-spelled or missed words out!):
Warning was detected!
Do you continue though were detected warning?
YES/NO

Maff, you setup seems very messed up.  I think it might be best to reinstall and make sure you up-to-date on the Windows patches then install DVDit again.  Scott may have a better answer...

Even though I had some of the common errors, yours are definitely very strange.

Installed windows last week, installed all updates before installing anything, I have very little software installed on my PC

evrything else works perfectly

right, have decided that this weekend I'm going to re-install Windows (am fed up of phoning Microsoft to activate it!)

I will install Windows, install updates, install all the software I use, take a ghost back-up, then install DVDit Pro HD (SS Scott, hope you're on hand over the weekend or 1st thing Monday if the activation screws up!)

if it is still as bad then I'm going to give up!

maff, I will be around.  I agree with plee.  you are seeing far more errors than anyone else at this point...and most of them have not been reported by anyone else.  Will do my best to help you out...

maybe my projects are bigger/different to others?

how many other people are trying to put 6 hours of HD in 3 different movies onto a disc at the moment?

that's a lot maff.  DVDit Pro HD only supports 25GB burns at this point (though you may be able to create a larger image...but it would not set a layer break in that image).  I don't really see how you can do 6 hours of HD content on 25GB with HD MPEG-2.  Even if you go with 720p you wouldn't have enough space.  a 15mbs rate would give you more like 4 hours I think...

VBR 7Mb/s, keeps it under 25Gb

SONY BD Dual layer media is now starting to arrive here where I live. It would just be great if ROXIO would make an update to do 50GB discs.
