After transferring a TiVo selection and Toasting it to DVD, I have the audio in sync with the video at the beginning of each .vob segment. However, by the end of each .vob segment, the audio leads the video by a full second. The TiVo material was recorded at Basic quality. Any ideas? :)

Something to try: If Toast is re-encoding the video when making the DVD, go to the Toast Custom Encoder window and select Never next to Re-encoding. That should cause Toast to multiplex rather than re-encode. Post your results.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

Thanks. That seems to solve it. This is probably like using the audio passthru flag in ffmpeg. It also allows programs longer than 2.5 hours to fit on a single sided DVD.
