Hi on install of EMC8 I chose Custom. however it was the basic options, eg the full programs.

I dont want/need Cineplayer for example. Can I uninstall certain bits of it? I went into add remove prgrams but al it says is the whole suite?

cheers

You didn't go far enough.

After you click on the program, you will get a choice to Modify. From there you can remove what you want.

Some programs are interrelated so they cannot be removed but Clineplayer can be.

Andy: You got me!!!

I just tried it and you are correct that ClinePlayer does not show up alone.

If you are pressed for HD space, it is past time to replace your HD.

If you are just trying to be tidy… You are going to have to ignore it.

Not trying to butt in but did you look under Sonic instead of Roxio in the Add/Remove programs?Or even its own heading.Mine has its own entry.

Do you wanna hear me beg you to take me back?

Good idea but a clean install of V8 will not show anything Sonic in Add/Remove Programs!
